What to do with those crappy Planed Parenthood condoms.

Well, sort of, poor countries use condoms for fashion because they're sometimes more readily available that other things, there's some pretty cool headgear made out of condoms too. I've also heard of people making shoes out of hardened condoms, I guess it works. Anyway, it still looks good.
